Ways to Become a Minimalist

Minimalists have more space, more time, and more energy for the things that really matter — but how do you get started?

STEP One:

Get clear on your values & priorities.

The more clarity you have about what matters, the easier it will be to see what doesn't belong in your home and life.

step TWO:

Let go of anything that isn't serving you.

From your closet to your to-do list—ask yourself: "Is this taking me closer or further away from the life I want most?"

step THREE:

Be intentional about doing more of what brings you joy.

When create space in your life, you must be intentional with how you fill it. If you're not, I can almost guarantee that the clutter will return.

This doesn't mean you have to be busy. You can choose to rest or to simply do nothing. It's up to you, but you must protect your space.
