How To  Become A Minimalist


Minimalists have more space, more time, and more energy for the things that really matter...

But where do you even begin?

Here are 3 simple steps that will help you get started with minimalism...

STEP 1: Get clear on your values and priorities.

The more clarity you have about what matters, the easier it will be to see what doesn't belong in your home and life.

STEP 2: Let go of anything that isn't serving you.

From your closet to your to-do list—ask yourself: "Is this taking me closer or further away from the life I want most?"

STEP 3: Be intentional about doing MORE of what brings you joy.

When create space in your life, you must be intentional with how you fill it. If you're not, I can almost guarantee that the clutter will return.

This doesn't mean you have to be busy. You can choose to rest or to simply do nothing. It's up to you, but you must protect your space.
